Berlin International Film Festival- Berlinale kicks off with Iranian films participating at the event.

The 68th edition of Berlinale opened on Thursday, having the name of Iranian films on the schedule.

Mani Haqiqi’s ‘Pig’, ‘Dressage’ by Pouya Badkoubeh and ‘Invasion’ directed by Shahram Mokri are the Iranian participants of the competition section of the event.

Hassan Majouni, Leila Hatami, Leili Rashidi, Parinaz Izadyar and Ali Baqeri are among the ‘Pig’ stars.

‘Dressage’ enjoys Ali Mosaffa, Shabnam Moqaddami, Houshang Tavakkoli, Alireza Sanifar, Alireza Aqakhani, and Siamak Adib as the stars.

Abed Abest, Babak Karimi, Elaheh Bakhshi, Pedram Sharifi, Behzad Dorani, Saeed Zarei, Mohamad Sareban and Levon Haftvan have starred in ‘Invasion’.

Founded in 1951, the Berlin International Film Festival is one of the world’s leading film events which is held in Germany and is celebrated annually in February.

The 68th edition of the Berlinale is underway in the German city from February 15-25, 2018.
